By contacting MamaLens or commissioning photography, you agree that project details, deliverables, timelines, fees and usage rights should be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, photographs remain the photographer’s work and may not be copied, resold, altered or used beyond the agreed purpose without permission. Any permitted usage, credit requirements, delivery format and publication dates should be confirmed for each project.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any permissions they need for people, locations, products or materials they ask to be photographed. Every project is subject to availability and a mutually agreed brief.
